BSMRSTU Admission Circular 2022

BSMRSTU Admission circular will be publish 13th November 2022. Student admission circular has been published on the basis of cluster based admission test for the session 2022-2023. The authorities have called for online application for admission of students in the 2023-2023 session. So if you want to apply to that college, submit your application online. I will tell you how to do it step by step here. As you know that, this college is listed in GST admission system so, you have to follow their rule.

They are admitting students total 3 unit. As you know that, every unit has different rule and regulation for admission. So, you have to read admission eligibility of each unit. Online Application will start: 23rd December 2022.

Application Deadline: 9th January 2023.

Application Fee: 500 TK. for each unit.

Total Available Seats: 1505.

Admission test result will be publishing: 13th January 2022.

Admission will be start: 16th January 2022 and it will be continue 18th January 2022.

BSMRSTU Admission Online Application Submission

If you are selected in primary selection procedure then, you have to apply for final application. The application process and procedure we are now discussing here. Please read it properly. You can also get this idea from their application guideline.

• At first, click the apply now button to submit your final application form.
• Click login button for starting your application.
• Now enter your User ID and password and click login button.
• Your SSC and HSC/equivalent information will show on this page. Please check it properly. If everything is OK, then click apply button.
• In this page you have to input your OTP number that send by the authority at the application time. Enter your OTP number and click verify mobile number button. The OTP number will be valid within 5 minutes. If you don’t receive any OTP, then send request for again after 5 minutes.
• Now you have to upload photo and signature. Photo size and formation we are discussing later on the bottom of this heading. Click upload photo option and select photo. If your photo will be successfully uploaded, then click next button. You can upload your photo so many times.
• In this page, you have to select exam center for admission test. Please select 5 center from the box. Then choose which question paper you want to in admission test (Bangla/English). After that, you have to declare your running institute name if you are to study in other institution. Finally, you have to select that you are a smartphone user or not. Then click next button.
• In the last step, you have to check your application copy and confirm that everything is correct. If everything is OK, then click submit button. Otherwise, click back button and edit incorrect information.

Photo Instruction for Architecture

• Photo size must be 300*300 pixel.
• File size not more than 50 KB.
• The file must be JPG format.
• There should be a light background of one color on the back of the photo.
• No vegetation or landscapes are acceptable in the background.
• Pictures wearing school or college dresses are not acceptable.
• Images with special effects through software are not acceptable.
• No need to upload photo to other departments students.

Application Fee Payment Method

BSMRSTU Admission Online Application will be start from 23rd December 2022. Your online application has been submitted. So, you have to pay your application fee. The authority has been allowed DBBL Rocket payment system for application fee. So, you have to use it for making payment. • Open your rocket apps from your device.
• Now login into your account by entering User ID and password.
• Then select Bill pay from the home page of your apps.
• Select BSMRSTU from the list.
• After that, enter Biller ID, Bill number and select trasection type self or other. Then enter bill amount and click next button.
• Finally you have to input your Rocket PIN and click confirm button to complete payment.
• Please save the transection record for further use.

BSMRSTU A (KA) Unit Eligibility

Basically, A unit is call KA unit in Bangla. So, you have to confirm it first. This unit has total 4 faculties and each of the faculties has different admission requirement. So, let’s see the individual admission requirement.

Faculty of Engineering: In admission test, you have to get minimum 5 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Chemistry separately. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the number obtained in that subject. You have to answer on Physics, Chemistry, Math/Biology subject in admission test. The candidates must be to attend a 40 marks drawing test, and you have to obtain minimum 10 marks on this exam. You can also read DUET Admission Circular.

Engineering Faculty Available seats

Faculty of Science Eligibility and Seat Capacity

Students admitted to the Faculty of Physics will have to get a minimum of five marks in Physics and Mathematics in the admission test. In case of admission in Chemistry and ESV, the student has to get minimum five in Physics and Chemistry separately in the admission test. In case of admission in Mathematics and Statistics, the student has to get minimum five marks in Mathematics in the admission test. You can also like to read Dental Admission.

Science faculties have total 5 departments. Let’s see their seat capacity according to subject wise.

Faculty of Biology Admission Eligibility & Seats

• Must have a minimum of 3.50 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in HSC.
  Admission test will have to get 10 in Biology, 5 in Physics, 6 in Chemistry and 5 in Mathematics separately if you want to admit in Pharmacy Department.
• Admission test for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology requires 10 marks in Biology and 6 marks in Chemistry.
• For admission in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering one has to get 3.5 in Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and English in HSC and 10 in Biology separately and 5 in Chemistry and 5 in English in admission test.
• If you want to get admission in Psychology, then you have to get 3.50 in English in HSC. In this case it should be noted that admission can also be made from A, B and C units.
• For admission in Botany, one has to get 10 in Biology in the admission test.

Faculty of Agriculture Admission Eligibility & seat

Agriculture faculty have 3 departments and 120 seats. Every department has 40 seats. So, you can apply any of them. If you want to admit on Agriculture, Fisheries & Marine Bio-Science or Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine subject then obtaining minimum 5 marks in Physics, Chemistry and biology subject in admission test.

BSMRSTU B (KHA) Unit Eligibility

This unit has 3 units and 9 departments. Total seat number are 500. Every department has different admission requirement. So, you have to read department wise admission eligibility.

Faculty of Arts Admission Eligibility & Seat

There are 3 subject in this faculty Bangla, English and History. If you want to admit in English department then you have to obtain minimum 45% marks in admission test. Minimum 55% marks for Bangla and 35% marks in English for history department students.

Faculty of Law:

If you want to admit in Law department then you have to obtain 40% mark in admission test. All unit students can apply on this faculty. On the other hand, your SSC and HSC/equivalent exam result at least 3.50. Total seat number are 50.

Faculty of Social Science Admission Eligibility & Seats

This faculty has total 5 departments. Every department has 60 seats. So, total available seats are 300 for this faculty. If you want to admit in Economics, then you have to obtain 50% marks in admission test. And your subject must be mathematics/economics/statistics/Geography at HSC program.

If you are obtained 35% marks in admission test then you can admit on Social Science department.

Public administration requirement are 3.50 in SSC and HSC exam. And you have to obtain 45% marks in Bangla, English and ICT subjects.

International relations department’s admission requirement is you have to obtain 45% marks in English at admission test.

You have to obtain 35% marks in admission test if you want to admit Political Science department.

BSMRSTU C (GA) Unit Eligibility

Basically, this unit for business studies students. This unit has only one faculty that is Business Study. This faculty has 5 department and total 250 seats. Each of the department has 50 seats. If your SSC and HSC or equivalent result marks is 3.50 then you can apply on this faculty. Remember, all units students can apply to this faculty.
