At first go to write massage option on your mobile. Then type according to below format.
RMSTU<space>HSC Board Short Code<space>HSC Roll<space>Passing year<space>SSC Board Name<space>SSC Roll<space>SSC passing year<space>Unit Name and send it 16222.
Example: RMSTU DHA 1254545 2018 DHA 223355 2014 A and send it 16222.
After sending your first SMS you will get a reply. They are provide you a user id and PIN. Then you have to send second SMS for pay application fee.
2nd SMS: RMSTU<space> YES<space> PIN<space>Your Mobile Number and send it 16222.
Example: RMSTU YES 454877 019XXXXXXXX Send to 16222.
